This policy explains what personal data Apply Morocco eVisa (“we”, “us”) handles when you use applymoroccoevisa.com, when you register on our Apply page and when you contact us, why we handle it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Apply Morocco eVisa operates this website. For any privacy question or request, email support@applymoroccoevisa.com.

What we collect today

When you browse the website. Like every website, the server that hosts it automatically records basic technical information for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, your browser type and the referring page. Our hosting provider keeps these server logs to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. The site has no user accounts, and it does not use advertising tags or social media plugins.

When you register on our Apply page. The form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, planned date of arrival in Morocco and nationality, and for your agreement to our Terms and this policy. We use these details to email you the link to complete your application, to send our team a copy of your registration so we can help you if needed, and to count how many people register. We do not ask for passport numbers or documents on this form. To protect the form against spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour to limit repeated submissions.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are read, which search engine or website referred you, and whether you click buttons such as “Apply” or the PDF guide link. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>) that let it recognise repeat visits for up to two years. It receives information about your device and browser, the pages you view, your approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address) and the actions described above. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you, and we have not enabled Google advertising features or Google signals.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it and whatever you write in your message. Please do not send passport scans or other identity documents by email unless we ask for them.

When you download our PDF guide. The download is recorded in the server logs like any other file, and Google Analytics counts the click as a download. We do not know who downloads it.

Who else sees it

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website, its server logs and Apply page registrations.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics and processes analytics data on our behalf. Google explains how it uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Our email service provider, which handles messages sent to and from our support address, including the email we send after you register.

They process the data on our behalf and only for these purposes. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the providers offer for international transfers.

The application form you complete after registering is hosted by our application partner on its own website. We do not send your registration details to the partner; you enter your details on its website yourself, and the partner’s own terms and privacy policy apply there.

How long we keep it

We keep Apply page registrations for 12 months after you register, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, then delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention practices. Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically; only aggregated reports remain.

How to opt out of analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s private mode, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully without analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, email us at the address above. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Parents applying for their children’s eVisas should contact us themselves.
